Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HIVNK's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
HIVNK provides the following services:
- Website development and design
- Custom software development
- Mobile application development
- E-commerce solutions
- POS and inventory management systems
- Digital marketing services
- Product design and photography
Pricing & Payment
Our standard pricing structure:
- Static Website: ₹10,000 + domain costs
- Database-driven Website: ₹20,000 + domain costs
- Custom Software: Quoted based on requirements
Payment terms:
- 50% advance payment required to start the project
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Free demo website provided within 24 hours (no payment required for demo)
Project Delivery
Project timelines and deliverables:
- Free demo website delivered within 24 hours
- Static websites typically completed in 7-14 days
- Database websites completed in 14-30 days
- Custom projects timelines discussed during consultation
- Client feedback and revisions may affect delivery dates
Revisions & Changes
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after approval will be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own the final delivered product and content
- HIVNK retains rights to reusable code components and frameworks
- We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
- Any third-party licenses or plugins remain property of their respective owners
Support & Maintenance
We provide 30 days of free support after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately. Support does not include new feature development or major changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Projects can be cancelled before work begins with full refund of advance payment
- Partial refunds may be provided if cancelled during early stages
- No refunds after final delivery and client approval
- Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable
Limitation of Liability
HIVNK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
